原料
乌梅, 红枣, 桂圆, 冰糖, 水
步骤
1准备好食材,取乌梅、红枣、桂圆适量,乌梅与红枣的比例约2:1,桂圆三五颗即可

2乌梅、红枣洗净,桂圆去壳,用清水浸泡10—15分钟左右,然后将红枣去核

3锅中注水,将准备好的食材放入。大火煮开,盖上锅盖小火煮半小时
