原料
乌冬面 一包(200克), 鲜冬菇 三朵, 白灵菇 适量, 虾干 一小把, 青红椒 各半根, 生抽 一匙, 鲍鱼汁 半匙, 料酒 少许, 蒜 三瓣
步骤
1虾干放小碗中,加温水和少许料酒浸泡半小时,捞出沥干备用
