“芥兰”是我喜欢的蔬菜之一,其稍带甘苦,口感脆嫩,我对它津津乐道~ 今天用新鲜到不能再新鲜的虾,来制作这道“芥兰凤尾虾”~希望两种原料能够擦出惊喜的火花~
原料
凤尾虾仁 10只, 芥兰 6-8条, 葱段, 姜片, 蒜末, 盐, 糖, 花雕酒, 白胡椒粉, 鸡精粉, 淀粉, 色拉油
步骤
1芥兰削去老皮

1.芥兰和虾仁不要烫过老 2.勾好芡才下原料翻炒,主要是汁水挂在原料上即可
