港式蛋挞也叫酥皮蛋挞,采用牛油及面粉制作的皮子,香港吃的比较多,也叫港式蛋挞。后来流入内地
原料
挞皮~黄油 30克, 蛋液 25克, 糖粉 30克, 低筋面粉 80克, 挞液~鸡蛋 2个, 热水 120克, 糖 30克, 淡奶油 30克
步骤
1黄油提前从冰箱里拿出来软化,倒入蛋液

2筛入糖粉和低筋面粉

3揉成面团

4把面团擀成片,用蛋挞模压出型

5把面片放在挞模中整好型

6然后在中间插小孔防止烤的过程中会鼓起来

7取一个大碗放入糖,倒入热水把糖融化

8两个鸡蛋打散,倒入淡奶油搅打均匀
