1.霉干菜蒸过后再炒一下才会更香软好吃。 2.豇豆焯水时放点油并在焯水后用冲凉可以让其颜色更翠绿,保持其鲜嫩度; 3.霉干菜很咸,所以如果霉干菜已经放了很多就不用放盐了。
