原料
低筋麵粉: 140克, 融化黃油: 15克, 蜂蜜: 適量, 鮮果: 適量, 雞蛋: 4個, 細砂糖: 12克, 泡打粉: 2克, 鮮奶: 60克, 糖粉: 適量
步驟
1全蛋打發,雞蛋打散,加入細砂糖打至低落能形成小山,然後再緩緩攤平,電動約10分鐘,手動約半小時

2一邊篩入低粉和泡打粉,一邊用橡皮刮刀拌勻

4倒入牛奶拌均勻

7不粘平底鍋燒熱到大概160度.表面掃油,可用廚房紙輕輕擦上油,用大炒勺或者木勺舀麵糊到鍋中,待麵糊鋪開你要的大小,立即停止
