小技巧
1.選擇五種顏色的蔬菜,如果沒有紫土豆,就換做紫薯或者別的蔬菜; 2.銀耳一定要提前泡發好,否則吃起來就不糯了; 3.蒸好的蔬菜淡而無味,一定要用高湯勾芡調味後淋在上面才好吃,高湯即各種肉湯,雞肉湯最鮮美是首選。
