原料
玉米面: 140克, 麵粉: 180克, 酵母: 5克, 水: 245克, 雞蛋: 1個, 燕麥片(我用的即食的): 10克, 紅糖: 20克, 紅棗: 適量
步驟
1玉米面和麵粉混合均勻

2酵母用45克溫水攪拌至融化,切勿超過35度(不然酵母會被殺死的)

3紅糖用200克溫水(不超35°)水攪拌至融化再加一顆雞蛋攪拌均勻,要快速攪拌(喜甜的可多加糖)

4把糖水和酵母水倒入麵粉中,攪拌至無顆粒狀

5再加入10克燕麥片,(我用了10克了感覺有點少)

68寸模具刷油倒入麵糊放在溫暖的地方發酵到八分滿

7發酵完成,表面還可以放些紅棗

8冷水放入蒸鍋,上汽後開始計時,蒸30分鐘燜五分鐘
