PS:1.雞蛋可以換成牛肉末,也可以加辣椒,作成牛肉辣醬 2.菜碼隨意啊,想吃什麼放什麼,時令蔬菜都可以,青豆,豆芽,芸豆絲…… 3.黃醬可以用海天黃豆醬替代,作好的炸醬會偏甜
