步驟
1將豬排的筋剪斷,然後用刀背敲松(我沒有肉錘啊,如果有就更方便了)

2加入鹽、紅酒、黑胡椒碎、什錦香草顆粒、色拉油揉捏5分鐘,腌制半小時以上(我用了半天這樣更入味些)

3土豆去皮切丁上鍋蒸熟(10分鐘左右)

4胡蘿蔔切丁,蘆筍頭切顆粒狀,留尾部嫩的

5燒開水,放點油將胡蘿蔔和蘆筍丁放入焯燙片刻撈起,然後將蘆筍尾也放入焯燙片刻

6將土豆丁、胡蘿蔔丁和蘆筍丁混合倒入一個碗中,加入色拉醬攪拌勻待用

7洗凈鍋,熱油放入豬排

9最後組合擺盤即可,喜歡口感豐富的可以再做點汁澆上,我是直接淋了點煎豬排的底油

小技巧
豬排的筋一定要剪開,不然成品吃的時候不容易咬,而且煎的過程中肉也會縮緊
