原料
老豆腐: 800g, 肉餡: 400g, 糯米: 大半飯碗, 香蔥: 2根, 生薑: 1塊, 黑胡椒粉: 適量, 花椒粉: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 色拉油: 適量, 紅薯澱粉: 兩匙(喝湯用那種瓷湯匙)
步驟
1將糯米淘凈,先泡上半天,在拌肉餡之前將水瀝干

2將所有的豆腐和肉餡都放進大盆中

3放入蔥薑末

5用手將所有材料捏拌均勻,如果覺得餡料偏干可以放入少量色拉油

6將餡料用勺子團成肉丸,在泡過的糯米中滾一圈,讓肉丸沾滿糯米

7在籠屜底抹上薄薄一層色拉油,將做好的丸子擺上屜
