西芹胡蘿蔔要切得細 炒飯時不要用鏟尖戳,要用鏟底把米飯分散,鏟尖容易使飯粒弄碎 蛋皮要打散,煎出來顏色才會均勻好看,要用小火少油,倒下快速轉一圈
