南瓜: 1小粒約600多克, 糯米粉: 350克, 粘米粉: 50克, 白糖: 50克, 麵包糠: 適量, 紅豆餡: 400克

2南瓜去皮去籽,切小塊,上鍋蒸熟;

3蒸南瓜的時候,紅豆餡分別搓成20g一個的小圓球,備用; *也可以省略此步驟,如果南瓜餅不要有餡的話~

4南瓜蒸熟後裝入大盆中,趁熱加入50g白糖,攪拌~

5南瓜泥放置晾涼~

6加入50g粘米粉,然後分次加入糯米粉約350g,如果麵糰太濕就繼續加糯米粉,用手揉成團至不粘手即可;

7取50g南瓜麵糰,包入20g的紅豆餡,收口;

8壓扁~

9再兩面粘上麵包糠;

10依次做好所有的南瓜餅胚; 此份量一共做了50g的20個南瓜餅胚;

11然後,平底鍋加熱倒入油,全程小火,放入南瓜餅胚,先煎一面;

14未煎制的面瓜餅胚用保鮮膜隔開,冰箱冷凍保存,食用時無需解凍直接煎制即可。 也可以不用粘麵包糠,或者換成白芝麻,黑芝麻,有餡無餡,你喜歡就好 ^^
