原料
高筋麵粉: 250克, 牛奶: 120克, 雞蛋: 1個, 鹽: 3克, 細砂糖: 4克, 酵母: 3克, 澱粉: 6克, 白芝麻: 適量, 蜂蜜: 2勺, 油: 適量, 涼開水: 適量
步驟
1將麵粉、細砂糖、牛奶、鹽、酵母、三分之一雞蛋放在一起揉成麵糰;

2揉到撐開後薄光透亮便可;

3蓋上鍋蓋或者保鮮膜讓面發起2.5倍大;

4把面分成八個麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜,發十分鐘;

6將涼開水放入盤子中,把麵包卷底部沾上水;

7沾完水再蘸干澱粉;

8烤盤抹油把麵包放在烤盤上,放入烤爐里發至2倍;

9取出烤盤,在麵包表面上刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻;
