2先開火熱鍋,倒適量菜籽油,拿起鍋餅轉一圈讓油均勻,開中火等油冒煙後再磕下雞蛋,煎荷包蛋。煎炸比較喜歡用菜籽油,菜籽油是自己家做的。

3等荷包蛋底部凝固後再翻面小火煎1分鐘即可盛出來

4煎蛋同時可以大火把水燒滾,再下一把麵條

6開中火做湯底,鍋里倒一勺玉米油
