原料
麵條(我用了兩種..原因是手工拉麵就剩那麼一點一起吃掉算了): 想吃多少下多少, 菌類(什麼都可以): 適量, 姜蒜: 適量, 鹽糖: 適量, 濃湯寶(牛肉口味): 半塊
步驟
1將洗凈的菇們放入可密閉的容器內,倒入熱水

2蓋上蓋子,瘋狂搖晃!

3姜蒜切好。十五分鐘後取出(菇會很燙,小心)。去掉香菇蒂。

4注意泡香菇的水不要倒掉,後面煮湯的時候放進去,更香

5熱鍋後倒一點油,把姜蒜稍微炒出香味後把菇全部放進去,翻炒片刻

6放入半塊牛肉口味的濃湯寶

7加熱至融化

8均勻翻炒

9直接倒入泡香菇的水,如果覺得少水了,就再加點熱水
