1蝦清洗乾淨

2開背去蝦線

5蝦用料酒稍微抓一下,然後倒入干澱粉,然後拌勻

6鍋內倒油,燒至八成熱,然後將拌好的蝦倒入

7炸至金黃,撈出放到一邊備用

8鍋內放入剛剛切好的蔥姜蒜辣椒,炒香

9炒香後倒入蝦,均勻的倒入椒鹽粉(椒鹽粉根據個人口味放,椒鹽粉裡面是有鹽的,所以不需要單獨放鹽)

10倒入椒鹽粉,然後翻炒均勻,裝盤

小技巧
蝦炸好就要炒,如果放的時間太長蝦就不酥脆了
