原料
蜜紅豆: 120克, 牛奶: 250克, 淡奶油: 170克, 舒可曼細砂糖: 50克, 蛋黃: 2個
步驟
1紅豆泡一夜,煮一鍋紅豆(可以用買的蜜紅豆代替,不過自己煮更好吃,甜度自由掌控)

2煮好後撈出,加入細砂糖做成蜜紅豆

3按口味來加入糖,多做點兒紅豆可以做麵包餡或者直接當糖水吃了,做好的蜜紅豆放涼備用

4牛奶、細砂糖、奶鍋備好

5細砂糖50克和牛奶加入到奶鍋中,煮至細砂糖融化,牛奶微沸(鍋邊微微升起一串串的泡泡為止)

6蛋黃劃散

7倒入牛奶,同時快速攪拌(攪拌好的牛奶隔冰水降溫)

8這時候將紅豆、牛奶蛋黃液、淡奶油加進攪拌機,攪拌至紅豆略碎(留一點點顆粒口感更好)

9攪拌好的紅豆冰淇淋液倒入冰淇淋桶

1.蜜紅豆可以買現成的加進去,會更加方便 2.材料都冷卻再混合放入冰淇淋機,會凝固的更好 3.冷凍的冰淇淋會比較不甜,可以先試試冰淇淋液,比較甜一點就可以了
