步驟
1買回來花蛤在水裡放鹽和香油(可以加快吐沙)

2點火燒水,水開倒入花蛤,花蛤開的差不多的時候關火(花蛤沒有開口的就是死的可以扔掉了)

3把花蛤撈出放冷水洗凈沙子清洗兩遍就可以了
