3鍋燒熱,不放油,因為雞皮已經帶很多油了,倒入雞肉翻炒一定要不停地翻炒因為沒放油剛開始會粘鍋所以最好用不粘鍋

4待炒到雞肉變色加入水,水的量和雞肉齊平

9接下來就是耐心的等待燒開,此時可以加熱砂鍋了
10待水沸騰鍋也燒熱了把9倒入砂鍋同時加入芋頭
