小技巧
1.沒有小土豆可以用大土豆切滾刀塊,土豆可以放水鍋里明火煮熟,也可微波加熱熟。 2.菠蘿番茄醬汁的口感根據自己喜好,調製成酸甜口感就好,但是,番茄醬儘量多一點,色澤紅潤。 3.小土豆放在盤中,上面撒適量白芝麻,青菜焯水過涼,擺放在盤邊做裝飾~~
