原料
淡奶油: 100ml, 牛奶: 50ml, 細砂糖: 25g, 煉乳: 一小勺(也可不要), 雞蛋: 2個(我放的是全蛋), 蛋撻皮: 12個
步驟
1把材料準備好,淡奶油和蛋撻皮要提前從冰箱裡拿出,待止常溫

250ml常溫牛奶和一勺煉乳放入容器里(我是用平時喝的高鈣奶粉沖的)

3量好100ml淡奶油

4倒入牛奶中

525g細砂糖倒入牛奶里

6隔水加熱(因為要把細砂糖融化,能融化細砂糖就好,溫度不要加得太高)並把2個雞蛋打散打勻

7細砂糖融化後,拿出,待止常溫(和手溫度差不多就行),把打勻的雞蛋倒入容器里,一起攪拌,把顏色攪勻就行,不用打發

8接著把液體過網3次,多餘的東西扔掉

9可以把液體倒入蛋撻皮里了,同時烤箱預熱170°

10七八分滿就可以咯,放入烤箱170度或150度,10-15分鐘,蛋撻變黃色就OK了
