草莓醬: 30g, 黑巧克力: 200g, 奶油: 50g, 淡奶油: 30g, 白蘭地: 10g
步驟
1先將淡奶油隔水加熱到45℃左右

2加入奶油後水溫可以加熱到50℃,等奶油完全融化後降溫到35℃備用

3加入草莓果醬後迅速拌勻,如果果醬是冷藏過的,那麼水溫要稍微熱點

4加入融化好的黑巧克力調勻,攪拌的時候要勻速,避免充入多餘的氣泡

5攪拌均勻後加入白蘭地充分調勻

6把做好的巧克力配方倒入巧克力框模中冷凍30分鐘,然後用餅乾模具壓出形狀
