小技巧
-〉這道菜用的長條狀通心粉,偏軟口感,可根據個人喜好用意面或其他形狀的意粉替換,比如penny通心粉 -〉1 cup = 250ml -〉由於菜譜中選擇用牛奶煮意面從而增加意面本身風味,所以牛奶的量不能減,否則面無法正常煮熟,但是可以在煮意面時先正常水煮至想要口感,再在烹飪過程中加入適量牛奶
