1肉餡里放適量料酒、老抽、魚露、鹽、黑胡椒,順一個方向攪拌均勻

2鋪一層錫紙,放上一坨肉餡

3在肉餡上蓋上保鮮膜,用擀麵杖擀成薄厚均勻的肉片

4揭去保鮮膜,將肉片整理成長方形,肉片的大小以烤盤的大小為準

5將肉片連同錫紙放到烤盤上

6烤箱180度預熱,中層上下火烤15分鐘後,將肉片翻面繼續烤8分鐘
