1把小黃魚洗乾淨,放點料酒,蔥姜腌20分鐘左右

2鍋里放一點油,將魚兩面煎黃

5將煎好的魚放鍋里,因為鍋底有蔥姜蒜所以燜的時候不會沾鍋了
