2芋頭去皮洗凈切塊,放微波爐高火叮10分鐘熟透

3取出後壓成芋頭泥

4將色拉油與白糖混合後與芋泥攪拌均勻

5碗壁均勻抹上食用油,將切好的山楂糕條、枸杞子、青豆等輔料擺好
