蛤蜊: 適量, 芹菜: 適量, 蒜苗: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 蚝油: 適量, 糖,鹽,姜蒜: 適量, 大辣椒(不辣的): 適量
步驟
1把蛤蜊用鹽水養吐沙後,放入鍋內

2加冷水入鍋

3煮到蛤蜊開口後1-2分鐘左右關火,不要煮太長時間肉會老

4盛出把肉挑出,煮蛤蜊的水留著備用,倒出來最底部的有沙,切記不要倒完底部會有沙子

5用冷水洗乾淨沙子,清洗兩次,最後一次用煮的過的蛤蜊的湯清洗一次,擰乾水(也可以不用湯洗留著湯炒菜時倒入也可以)

6切好材料
