原料
黃油: 兩個半厚片, 超級大菜碗: 2個, 小碗: 3個, 綿白糖: 55g, 鹽: 10g, 熟蛋黃: 1個半, 咖啡粉(可不加): 適量, 普通麵粉: 210-260g(看麵糊狀態)
步驟
1黃油切成小塊,留出八小塊放入冰箱冷藏

2放入糖和鹽,打碎黃油,放入微波爐熱35秒

3取出黃油,攪打至下圖狀態

4放入八小塊冷藏的黃油,繼續攪打至粘稠狀態

5微波爐蛋黃加熱13秒至全熟

7用手和面,和成粘稠不粘手的狀態,然後開始掌心壓團,20g一個

8壓成如下狀態,然後冷藏1小時,1小時候它會粘在烤盤上,取下來再放上,入烤箱中層上下180度烤18分鐘
