2鍋里放入涼水,加入一段蔥,一塊姜,放進雞翅(切幾刀方便入味)開始煮,一定要煮透!

3盛出備用

4鍋里放入少許油,爆香洋蔥沫,然後放入番茄醬,根據個人口感選擇用量

5放入雞翅,加熱水,漫過雞翅三分之二為宜,中小火燉。過程中可以淋上冰糖跟蜂蜜,煮的時候記得翻一下,使兩面均勻受熱!

6待番茄湯越來越少,轉小火,這時候雞翅顏色越來越深,醬越來越濃。
