1和面,和好後靜置(醒面)20分鐘左右

2將醒好的面擀成5mm左右的面片,切成5mm左右的條狀

3撒上玉米面粉,稍稍將面搓圓

5撒上玉米面粉防止麵糰黏連

6抓一把麵糰放在左手手心裡,用筷子戳進去小麵糰的一面,沿左手尾指端手掌從離尾指近到遠將麵糰用筷子邊滾薄,滾入盛裝容器內(很遺憾此處不能添加視頻?)

7將黃花菜、蘑菇(最好是野榛蘑)、海帶泡發

8黃花菜切段,海帶切絲,蘑菇切丁、豆腐切丁(5mm左右)

9蔥、姜、蒜切末

10油燒熱,入蔥姜蒜爆香,放入黃花菜,海帶,蘑菇炒2~3分鐘,放入適量鹽、醬油

11依次加入豆腐丁、土豆粉條,加水漫過粉條,酌情加鹽調味,大火燒開後轉小火燜,燜至收汁後關火盛出鍋,燜制時可另起鍋燒開水

12開水中將『捻』好的圪堝煮熟,後將炒好的哨子燴入鍋與圪堝一起略煮,此時可加香油、鹽等調味
