1三個雞腿切塊

2焯水洗凈血水

4少許油,油熱放蒜瓣切片炒香

5放入空好水的雞腿肉,加入料酒,不停翻炒

6放入調料:醬油,耗油,雞精,鹽,白糖,胡椒粉(口味根據自己的喜好來調,個人比較喜歡偏甜一點,糖我就會多放一些)

7翻炒均勻,加水一小碗至開鍋收湯

8在收湯過程中可以放入甜椒,這樣雞肉會融入甜椒的香味,甜椒也會入味兒,但是這樣的甜椒出鍋後不會特別的漂亮,所以要入味兒就提前放甜椒,為了色香味俱全就最後放甜椒

9最後可以淋入一些水澱粉,我通常會留一些湯汁拌飯,味道不錯哦!
