紫菜: 適量, 大蒜: 兩瓣, 蔥: 一根, 醬油: 海天味極鮮, 鹽: 適量, 蝦米: 適量
步驟
1紫菜洗乾淨,我用的是二水紫菜(第二批收割的,比較有嚼勁)

2準備材料:大蒜,蝦米,蔥

3放油,小火翻炒大蒜蝦米(忽略我的鍋,很久沒換鍋了)

4炒到變色,微微金黃色

5放入紫菜(紫菜泡著水,不要慮干,差不多50毫升水),這樣炒的不易上火
