梭子蟹 , 年糕, 生薑 , 糖 (喜歡吃辣的可以準備辣椒醬), 老抽, 生抽, 料酒, 蔥
步驟
1 準備好蔥和生薑;生薑切成絲;年糕切片

2 水燒開後年糕下鍋,煮兩分鐘左右;把年糕拿出;放入涼水裡,年糕冷卻後再把水倒掉;

3 7.用刀在三角區下端向上掀開;蟹蓋就打開了;

4 去除兩邊的腮須;

5 把螃蟹放在砧板上剁成兩半;
