原料
食材 (3 人份) , 豬里肌肉火鍋肉片11片,四季豆100g,王米筍對切5根,太白粉少許,橄欖油1T, , 裝飾, 蔥段適量, , 調味料, 醬油2T,味醂1T,米酒3T,咖喱炒醬1-2
步驟
1滾水鍋放入少許塩及少許油,再放入玉米筍及四季豆燙熟撈起泡冰水..

2將里肌肉片攤平放入玉米筍及四季豆(折成適當大小)..

3捲起到最後灑上一點太白粉做黏著..

5熱鍋後熄火倒入橄欖油將豬肉捲放上(接合處朝下),再開中小火煎到肉色微白..

6翻面再煎,煎到全部都略帶金黃色..
