低筋麵粉 75克, 腰果 27個左右, 雞蛋 17克, 黃油 35克, 糖粉 22克, 鹽 0.1克
步驟
1黃油切小塊,軟化後加入糖粉和鹽

2黃油的軟化,我是用的電吹風。或者你也可以用微波爐。冬天會比較難軟化,所以要加熱一下。但溫度不要太高。不然會融化了

3然後用電動打蛋器打至發白

4蛋液也要提前做處理,隔溫水放著。這樣溫度才不會過低

5然後分次加入蛋液

7麵粉過篩

11腰果150度烤箱預熱,中層烤8分鐘左右

12然後將麵糰分小塊,大約六克一份,按扁

16烤箱175度預熱,中層烤18分鐘左右,取出就倒入糖霜中,讓表面全部是一層糖霜,然後挑出腰果酥即可
