排骨, 千張結, 蔥, 姜, 干辣椒, 荷蘭豆, 紅椒, 生抽, 老抽, 鹽, 白糖, 腐乳, 料酒
步驟
1排骨提前清水泡下,去血水,瀝干,放料酒跟生抽腌制下

小技巧
1、只要家裡有腐乳,我做排骨紅燒肉都喜歡放一點,提鮮的同時還能讓味道更濃郁 2、老抽跟生抽比例自己看著辦,我一般是1:1.5,今天這個老抽稍稍多了點,白糖也加的比一般的多,最後調味,鹽沒咋放
