雞腿 10隻, 六月鮮 適量, 黑胡椒粉 適量, 薑片 適量, 大蒜頭 適量, 番茄 1個, 洋蔥 半個, 耗油 適量, 橄欖油 適量, 正方形烤盤 1個, 錫紙 1張, 冰糖粉 5-10克, 水 適量, 鹽 少許, 白芝麻 適量
步驟
1將方形烤盤完整包裹錫紙

2雞腿洗凈,廚房用紙吸干水分,正反2面用刀劃拉幾下,依次倒入薑片、六月鮮、蒜水、黑胡椒粉拌勻腌制,有時間就給雞腿按按摩
