簡介
這道菜材料和做法都簡單的要命,先將雞蛋下油鍋炒香,用鍋鏟鏟碎盛出,重新起鍋,將青尖椒碎,蔥姜蒜末多加熱油快炒,手邊如果有鹹菜乾、蘿蔔乾之類的,剁吧剁吧也扔進去一起炒,最後和雞蛋碎混合,擱鹽味精出鍋!油夠多、夠香又夠辣,能吃的辣的童鞋,尖椒一定要多點才有味道喲~~
原料
蘿蔔乾 一碗, 花生仁 一盤, 尖椒 4顆, 雞蛋 兩個, 蔥, 姜, 蒜, 鹽, 味精
步驟
1全部材料大集合:蘿蔔乾一碗、花生仁一盤、尖椒4顆、雞蛋兩個

2先將尖椒洗凈後,切成小粒
3花生仁用微波爐高火3、4分鐘打熟後,剁成小顆粒,不要太碎就好

4準備蔥花、薑末、蒜片
5油燒熱至7成熱,然後移開鍋子,稍微涼一下,再將攪打好的雞蛋液倒入

6待蛋液剛凝固的時候,用鍋鏟劃散,呈雞蛋碎
