小技巧
1、牛肉我這次買的不是牛腩哈,喜歡牛腩可以用牛楠,牛肉切塊,不要太小,牛肉燉了之後會縮小 2、番茄分兩次放,後面放的為了吃的時候可以吃到整塊的番茄 3、我喜歡燉牛肉放點洋蔥,會增味不少哦 4、蚝油可以不放哈。有的話,放一點可以增加鮮味 5、生抽量要控制,太多了,燉出來的牛肉湯顏色不好看了就 6、先不放鹽,到牛肉熟了再放鹽調味
