這道菜就一個字---快。雞胗出鍋就得吃,口感好極了,每一口下去都爽脆無比,還很彈牙,加上芝麻的香味,回味無窮啊,芹菜的搭配很好,香味正好和老乾媽味道絕配。
原料
雞肫, 小紅辣椒, 姜, 蒜, 香芹, 熟白芝麻, 老乾媽豆豉, 白糖, 胡椒粉, 料酒, 花椒麵, 水澱粉
步驟
1將雞肫子洗凈去掉內黃衣後,片薄片,用料酒、鹽、胡椒粉、花椒麵抓勻腌漬
