原料
帶皮五花肉: 800克, cook100奧爾良烤肉料: 140克, 水: 適量
步驟
1帶皮五花肉洗乾淨,切成3公分左右的長條兒!

2用叉子在五花肉上叉幾下,腌制的時候更加入味兒。

3cook100奧爾良烤肉料140克倒入碗中!

4加入少許涼水攪拌均勻!水不要太多,五花肉洗的時候帶的有水份!

5把五花肉放進攪拌好的腌料中拌勻,讓每條五花肉都均勻的裹滿腌料兒!

6蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制5個小時左右!最好提前一天晚上腌制,會更加入味兒哦!中途記得翻面哦!

7烤盤裡鋪上一層油紙,再墊上一層錫紙,把腌好的五花肉擺在烤盤裡!有烤架的可以直接放在烤架上面烤!(一定記得烤盤裡鋪油紙和錫紙哦,這樣烤盤裡才不會弄髒,容易清洗!)

8再用錫紙包好,以免把五花肉表皮烤焦,也不會把烤箱弄的油乎乎的!

9放入提前預熱好的烤箱中層,200度烤60分鐘!

10烤好後取出,把剩下的腌料均勻的刷在五花肉上!

11再次放入烤箱,上下火190度烤10分鐘即可!
