原料
淡奶油: 200g, 蛋黃: 1個, 德芙黑巧: 2條, 砂糖: 30g, 吉利丁片: 2片, 牛奶: 50g, 朗姆酒: 少許(沒有可不加)
步驟
1先做好可可蛋糕分成兩片

2打發淡奶油分倒入砂糖打發流動狀

3把吉利丁用冷水軟化,牛奶和軟化好的吉利丁片加熱熔化,再倒入蛋黃攪拌過篩,巧克力熔化後再倒入牛奶里攪拌均勻,再倒入打發好的淡奶油里攪拌均勻

4先鋪好第一張蛋糕,倒入一半的慕斯液,再鋪上第二層蛋糕,再倒入最後一些的慕斯液,最後輕輕的震兩下放入冰箱冷藏

5冷藏好的巧克力蛋糕
