1干米線沸水煮10分鐘,泡涼水待用

2準備材料:蝦剝皮、蝦肉切小塊、蝦皮蝦頭備用,韭菜切段,西紅柿切片,香菇切片,酸豆角切小粒

3炒鍋放油燒熱,放入蝦皮蝦頭炒出紅蝦油,放入蔥姜蒜爆香後倒入肉末和蝦粒炒熟放入料酒、老抽、生抽,再加入酸豆角香菇一起翻炒片刻後放入其餘所有蔬菜炒熟,再放鹽調味,盛出一半菜後加水燒開
