2水煮沸,把豬蹄抄一下

4準備配料,蔥切段,姜切片,干辣椒2個

5將豬蹄及配料放入高壓鍋中,加入較多的生抽,適量料酒、醋,少量糖、花椒粉、香葉、桂皮,腌制半小時,注意是不用放鹽的,生抽的鹹味已足夠
