1先把豆角洗凈掰成均勻大小的段

2土豆去皮切丁,火腿切至和豆角大小的塊

4在鍋內倒上油,加熱,將花椒粒和八角放入鍋中煸出香味

6待豆角顏色變嫩綠加鹽,醬油繼續翻炒,最後加點味精方可出鍋
