奶酪: 100克, 低粉: 50克, 南瓜泥: 50克, 牛奶: 150克, 蛋黃: 3個, 黃油: 20克, 蛋白: 3個, 檸檬汁: 幾滴, 糖: 60克
步驟
1南瓜切小薄片,蒙保鮮膜(記得用牙籤戳幾個洞)微波爐叮三分鐘,用勺子壓成泥

2奶酪加20克糖,還有牛奶,隔水化掉,有顆粒最好過過篩,我偷懶,所以烤出來還可以看見小粒的奶酪

7蛋白加幾滴檸檬汁,分三次加糖,打發到6、7分發

8蛋白糊分三次加入6,切拌均勻。模具底部包上錫紙,倒入拌好的蛋糕糊,烤盤注熱水,水浴法,中下層,150度,60分鐘
9烤好,稍放涼,輕輕剝離四周,脫模放涼,再冷藏
