原料
芸豆: 500g, 蔥: 適量, 蒜: 4-5瓣, 油: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 白醋: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 味素: 適量
步驟
1準備材料:將芸豆折好,洗乾淨備用

2準備好蔥和蒜

3先將芸豆用開水焯一下

4並加入鹽(我加了兩勺)和幾滴油

5煮10分鐘後,撈出芸豆。

6將鍋洗乾淨後,倒入適量的油,用蔥爆鍋

7聞到蔥香味後,將芸豆倒入鍋內翻炒

8加入醬油和白醋。比例大概是2:1

9加入鹽和味素。因為在焯芸豆的時候加過鹽,這裡不需加過多的鹽,我加了不到一勺的鹽

10加入蒜片即可以出鍋!
