紅棗: 180g, 牛奶: 150g, 雞蛋: 6個, 麵粉: 150g, 泡打粉: 5g, 紅糖: 100g, 色拉油(橄欖油): 70g
步驟
1大棗去核(我用的不是新鮮買的棗,所以用水泡了一下再用)

2切成小塊,方便攪拌

3切好的棗塊和牛奶一起放入攪拌機

5雞蛋打入無油無水的盆中

8泡打粉和麵粉混合

9麵粉分兩次放入(從下往上切拌,不要過度攪,以免起筋消泡)

15靜置,振蕩出大氣泡(雙手端住蛋糕盆,抬至15厘米空中,放手,重複三四次即可)

16烤箱預熱,中層上下火,150度,45分鐘

喜歡吃甜的朋友可以把紅糖的量加到150g 每家的烤箱脾氣不同,自己掌握哦! *我這次的棗泥弄的不是很碎,還能看到大塊的棗,朋友們可以仔細一點做哦!
