1鯉魚去鱗、鰓、內臟後洗凈,燒點開水,一手拎魚,一手用勺子往魚身上淋開水,都淋到了就可以了,別把魚皮燙熟了

2用刀背刮掉魚皮上的髒東西,特別髒
